Gio and Oktagon suites

The GIO and OKTAGON suites consist of 19 two-room suites with fully equipped kitchens and are located in the Bešeňová water park. Each suite features a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area in the living room, a bedroom, a wardrobe and a balcony.

Private access to outdoor pools with beneficial thermal water and a connected lobby bar, as well as other benefits are included to ensure your maximum relaxation.

Pamukkale*

Pamukkale refers to a block in the Bešeňová water park complex, where you will find 4 studio suites without kitchens, each with its own thermal water pool. Each studio suite will feature a bathroom, a toilet, a living room and a balcony.

Villa Gronie

Villa Gronie is located in the town of Szcyrk in Poland and offers accommodation with a terrace, free Wi-Fi and a free private car park.

Villa Gronie offers 9 comfortable rooms with kitchens and is located in the Szczyrk mountain resort, which especially skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts will love as it offers 40 km of pistes of various difficulty levels. It is also an ideal destination for mountain bikers. The resort offers cable car trips and nature walks all year round.

Suites in the Central Hotel*

At the Central Hotel, there will be 136 suites plus 265 underground garage spaces.

A perfect ski-in/ski-out hotel with ski pistes, a ski school training arena, a sports equipment shop, the popular Crystal Bar and the entertainment hub of Biela Púť – the popular Happy End restaurant & disco bar nearby. The project is situated in the best location in Jasná and has the best prospects to be profitable. Due to the current construction ban in the area of Jasná, which limits the building of new properties, the Central project will be the last new addition in the region.

The Jasná resort offers over 50 km of pistes and is a regular FIS Alpine Ski World Cup venue.

Sasanka suite complex*

The Sasanka Hotel plans an extensive reconstruction, which should change it to a complex of suites. This transformation will result in a new dimension as the building is located in the heart of the High Tatras, next to the cable car station in Tatranská Lomnica. This excellent location allows easy access to the second highest peak in the High Tatras – Mt Lomnický štít or to the highest-located ski resort in Slovakia.

The building will be divided into one underground floor, two above-ground floors and two attic floors, offering a total of 41 suites. Additionally, parking spaces will be provided in the underground garage for your convenience.

Diversification

The acquisition of Gopass Property shares will ensure you a stake in all properties owned by Gopass Property, without the need to buy a specific property.
