Gopass Property: quarterly figures 11/2024 – 01/2025

In the past quarter, Gopass Property continued its dynamic development. At the beginning of February, the sale of Jasná Central Resort Hotel apartments was launched. Gopass Property has reserved 16 units. This investment opportunity to the strengthening of the Gopass Property’s portfolio and supports its long-term strategy aimed at increasing the value of its assets.

Gopass Property is currently undergoing a transformation into a fund for qualified investors, in compliance with Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, adopting the legal form of a SICAV (an investment fund with variable capital).

I hereby declare that I am a qualified investor according to Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, as subsequently amended (“ZISIF” in Czech), and I understand and acknowledge the above information. GOPASS SE (the “Company”) manages a private alternative fund and is registered in the list of individuals performing asset management comparable to asset management pursuant to § 15 of ZISIF maintained by the Czech National Bank (“CNB”). However, the Company’s activities are not subject to CNB supervision. 

Asset management by the Company is intended only for qualified investors in accordance with ZISIF, and the total amount of funds invested by them in the Company is or may be at least 125,000€ or the equivalent of this amount in Czech crowns.

The Company does not provide any primary investment service, nor does it provide any ancillary investment service of safekeeping and administration of investment instruments for customers pursuant to Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Undertakings, as amended (“ZPKT” in Czech).
