Gopass Property owns chalets, suites, guesthouses and new projects prepared by the TMR group in various countries. We are in the process of acquiring properties in Jasná, Bešeňová, Szczyrk, evaluating and preparing acquisitions in the High Tatras, Špindlerův Mlýn, Austria and other locations where properties with added value can be acquired. Investments are selected by the investment committee composed of Igor Rattaj, Martin Duch, Igor Mráz and Čeněk Jílek,
Igor Rattaj
He acts as the chairman of the board of directors of Tatry Mountain Resorts a.s. (TMR), of which he is also the largest shareholder. He has extensive experience in finance. He held the position of the vice-chairman of the board of directors and director of private banking at J&T Bank and worked as the director of securities trading at J&T Securities. He graduated from the Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the supervisory board at GOPASS Property a.s. and also the chairman of the investment committee.
Martin Duch
At Gopass Property, he works as a portfolio manager and operates in the field of investments. He has experience in establishing, structuring and managing funds for qualified investors focusing on real estate, equity participation, lending, investment securities, private equity and venture capital. He received his education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, University of Tilburg – International Business Law, and University of Kyushu – International Economic and Business Law.
Čeněk Jílek
In Gopass Property, he acts as a member of the supervisory board and a member of the investment committee. He was a member of the board of directors of TMR Holding and CEO of TMR International, which includes activities in the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria. He joined the TMR Group as a manager at Tatry Motion in 2008. Then he worked as the director of the Špindlerův Mlýn ski resort and actively participated in acquiring assets such as Czech and Austrian resorts, golf resorts and development projects. Currently, he is actively involved in the revenue management module at Gopass, aiming to provide comprehensive services to foreign resorts.
The TMR Group is a leader in providing tourist services as well as in the construction and operation of recreational properties.
It is active in 4 countries, runs 13 resorts, owns 20 hotels and has completed 15 development projects.
