Gopass Property successfully completed its first full year of operation, achieving a return of 11.61% over 12 months (05/24 – 04/25). This result confirms the stability and effectiveness of its investment strategy and demonstrates the fund’s long term potential.
Gopass Property has completed its transformation into a fund for qualified investors in the form of a SICAV, and as of 30 April 2025, it has been registered in the list of investment funds of the Czech National Bank. As part of the change in legal structure, the new minimum initial investment is CZK 1,000,000 for CZK denominated investment shares and EUR 50,000 for EUR-denominated investment shares.
